Ratio of EBITDA and net interest. Calculation EBITDA: operating income before goodwill amortization and impairment charges and depreciation of property, plant and equipment + equity in operating income of associates. Calculation net interest: balance of interest income and expense + income from investment in money market funds + interest income and expense of associates.
